Because today begins the Thanksgiving break! Hopefully this should herald an influx of new deviations from me. Yeah, I know: ME, actually DRAWING instead of WRITING?! Bless mah soul! O:

Haha, but in all seriousness, expect some new stuffs that I finally am getting the courage to post.

Just had a dual meet (w/ just my swimteam and another school's), and I did pretty well. It started out a little shaky because my coach put me in the 100 fly instead of the 500 free at first, but we got it straightened out. Then I was going to do a relay, but coach took me out of it so I could focus on my 500 (which was nice, since if I DO make varsity sometime this century, that's what I'll make it in). Eh, it wasn't my best time, but at least I took off from my HS time.

Warriors: The Fourth Apprentice is out today! So I need to get some cash for it - hopefully BEFORE it's moved to the "kid's" section of the bookstore. >_> It's so annoying - I keep going to Borders to try and buy The Sight, but I'm embarrassed to be seen anywhere near the kid's section of the store, so I just end up wandering around for a bit before returning to the manga. Dx Pain in the ass. So I'm just planning on sneaking in tomorrow or something to buy it while it's still in the "new books" section. (Seriously - WHY did they put it in the kid's section?!?! I know it's only, like, sixth grade reading level, but aside from the whole "cats" thing, it's got some very serious adult issues in it: giving up your children, power and intrigue, murder... but NOOOO, it's GOT to be childish because it's got CATS in it. Sigh. People.)

Anywhozer, working on the next chappie of TSA, AND IT'S SO FREAKING HARD. I'm trying to show Char's shock at discovering her newfound feelings for Sora WITHOUT making it seem melodramatic (and besides, another reviewer already lauded me for not dragging her into the "sea of angst," so I'm going to try and keep up with that as much as I can), and since I've never labeled any of my crushes in my life as love, it's very difficult. That, and I'm trying to cram a flashback of the day she realized she liked Riku, as well as FalCopper flashbacks into the same chapter. I want to figure out a way to make it work, but I figure the influx of past incidents into the present happenings might confuse my readers. Bah, idek anymore.
Also, I'm in the process of thinking of ideas for my new Warriors fic idea. It's kinda like Po3, except it's AU in that Hollyleaf becomes close friends with none other than our very own Berrynose before all that shit happens. It's going to be interesting to write, I must say, though it will be hard to make Berry stay IC. He IS a douchebag in the books, after all.

In gaming news, I finally beat CoM - both Sora and Riku's stories. The latter I did much more quickly than the former, because A) Riku's is shorter, and B) it's so much moar FUN. 8D Even though the Trickmaster gave me hell because the game screws you over with deck customization in Riku's story, but Duels are fun, and D-Mode is fun. Dark Aura got very wussified from Rev/Reb to KH2, though, I must say.
And Sora's... bah, don't even ask. I would get past the floating flower ship thingy on the final boss, and then I'd run out of cards on the final form and he'd kill me. Dx I don't even know how I managed to beat him - somebody upstairs must have decided to have mercy on my poor sleep-deprived soul - but when I did, I literally stared at the screen for a few seconds before leaping up and screaming in triumph. Needless to say, my parents were not pleased. xD
